You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to make a room booking.

In accordance with the rules and regulations of the country, all guests have to be registered, with valid proof ​of identification provided (passport or national ID).

Hotel cancellation procedure is; all cancellations and amendments must be received 1 days prior to arrival. A pre-authorisation equivalent to the 1 night accommodation rate + TAX will be taken 1 day prior to the arrival date. In the event of a no show, cancellation or date change made after the cancellation policy stated above, the prevailing penalty fee will be charged to the credit card provided to secure the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge 100% room rate for remaining room nights, should guests leave earlier than originally booked length of stay.

Please note that in case you decide to depart earlier than expected, the Hotel will charge for the full stay reserved ​and booked unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy of your booking.

Extra bed fee is Euro 60 + 8% VAT per room per night. An extra bed is available for eligible room types only.

Child policy is; between 0-6 years old child is free of charge who is accommodated with parrents in same room and the extra bed fee for a child between 7-12 years old is Euro 30 + 8% VAT per night per room.

Check-in time is 15:00 hrs
​Check-out time is 12:00 noon

Early check-in is available as per request and as per hotel’s availibility.

Heating of Externally Sourced Food

In line with our guest health and safety standards, the hotel does not provide heatingservices for food brought in from outside. Due to the increased bacterial risks associated with reheated food, such requests cannot be accommodated for food safety reasons.

Baby food is exempt from this policy. Heating of baby food can only be carried out upon receipt of a signed guest consent form. For international guests, the form is provided in the appropriate language to ensure full understanding of its content.

At Pera Palace Hotel, we are delighted to welcome our guests’ four-legged companions as an integral part of the luxury experience within our historic setting. Our aim is to ensure a comfortable, attentive, and memorable stay for both you and your cherished pets.

Pet Accommodation Guidelines
To maintain the comfort of all guests and provide a safe and elegant environment for our pets, we kindly request attention to the following:

• Well-behaved and trained dogs, cats, and other pet species are warmly welcomed. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or request the removal of pets exhibiting aggressive behavior, excessive noise, or any health risk.
•  Current vaccination records (particularly rabies) must be presented at check-in.
• To ensure coverage for any potential damages, a deposit will be requested upon check-in.
•  Pets up to 35 kg per room are accepted.
•  Guests are requested to keep their pets on a leash, muzzled, or in a proper pet carrier when in designated areas.
•  For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in restaurants, breakfast areas, SPA, or similar facilities (except guide animals).
•  Guests are responsible for the care and cleanliness of their pets, including the proper disposal of any waste generated in the room.
•  A “Pet in Room” sign provided at check-in must be displayed on the door at all times.
•  Food and water bowls, along with waste bags, are provided by the hotel. Additional pet services may incur supplementary charges.
•  If hotel staff need to enter the room for service, pets must be safely secured in advance.
•  Pets may remain unattended in the room; however, if guests leave the room, pets must be secured in a pet carrier.
•  Guide dogs and service animals are exempt from these rules and are subject to special arrangements.
