Center of Islamic Studies (ISAM) Library<\/strong><\/h2>\n

It is also possible to find resources on topics such as art history, architectural history, and to benefit from the maps and photo archive.<\/p>\n

Beyaz\u0131t State Library<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Istanbul Modern Library serves to support museum activities and to provide museum staff, visitors and researchers with access to all kinds of information in the field of art. It offers many resources about modern and contemporary art. The library currently has up to 11,500 books and 24-term subscription to current Turkish and foreign languages. The areas where the library focuses are as follows; cinema, video, new media, performing arts, photography, architecture, visual arts, corporate and private art collections, local and international visual art exhibitions, artists from Turkey and abroad, museums and arts management, modern and contemporary art history and theory. The library is open every day except Mondays.<\/p>\n

Idris G\u00fcll\u00fcce Library<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Located next to \u0130dris G\u00fcll\u00fcce Cultural Center, this library has over 31,000 resources and 15 periodicals. The library, which has been in service since 2006, is mainly composed of students. Idris G\u00fcll\u00fcce Library is open seven days a week.<\/p>\n

Kadikoy Municipality History Literature Art Library and Cultural Center<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This library, which set out to create a specialized library in the fields of literature, art and history, has been in service since 15 March 2014. Giulio Mongeri’s assistant was designed by the architect Terziyan and built in the 19th-century old town hall, and this library contains thousands of works. Besides, TESAK signature collection, which consists of more than 6,000 signed books that can be reviewed with special permission, is also here.<\/p>\n
