Hotel cancellation procedure is; all cancellations and amendments must be received 1 days prior to arrival. A pre-authorisation equivalent to the 1 night accommodation rate + TAX will be taken 1 day prior to the arrival date. In the event of a no show, cancellation or date change made after the cancellation policy stated above, the prevailing penalty fee will be charged to the credit card provided to secure the reservation.
